Is it July yet?

I can not wait to go back to NY this summer. I really need a break from work and I can't wait to see my friends while I am there. So what am I going to do when I am there? First things first, I am FINALLY getting my tattoo. I have been planning this for years now. I have had the design picked for about 6 years now. The day I get in, July 21, I will take the train from JFK to my mom's office. Pick up her car (yes Morgan she already said I could). Take a quick shower at my grandmothers house. Then its off to the tatoo parlor. (Thanks to Ciaran for recommending a good place.)

The design is a simple celtic knot, commonly referred to as the trinity knot, since it looks like a triangle and has three points (the father, the son, and the holy spirit). The design comes directly from my late Grandma Candy's cross that she left me. It really means a lot to me. My dad laughed at me a few years ago, when he realized that I was carrying the cross in my pocket since I didn't have a chain for it. Anyway, to me the trinity knot represents the strongest woman I have ever known, my grandmother as well as my Irish heritage.

The only question now is what color? I could do the entire thing in black, the entire thing in green, or I could do the outline in black and the shading in green. So now I need your thoughts. Let me know what you think I should do.
